JOB TITLE: Delivery Channel Analyst
RANK : Officer (Systems)
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
DUTIES:
- Provide efficient custom service.
- Effectively perform service level management for delivery channel systems.
- Perform effective close of business processes.
- Develop delivery channel system specification.
- Update delivery channel procedure and system manuals.
- Perform delivery channel system upgrades and functionality optimization.
- Implement new delivery channel systems.
- Ensure high availability of delivery channel systems.
- Document business cases for emerging delivery channels.
- Performance monitoring of delivery channel systems in use.
- Provide delivery channel uptime statistics.
- Provide technical support and end user training for delivery channel systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of two (2) years working experience in IT, call logging and help desk management software.
SPECIAL SKILLS
The following Skills are very important for applicant;
- Ability to provide end user support in an environment supporting multiple computer systems applications running on different hardware configurations is an essential requirement of this role.
- Good knowledge of financial systems application i.e. Oracle database system.
- Good knowledge of PC Server operating systems i.e. HP UNIX, Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 servers, corporate protection systems, knowledge of Web design.
- Result focused and able to respond positively to feedback.
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexity.
AGE Not above 30 years.
2. JOB REF: HFB/07/10
JOB TITLE: Information Systems Analyst
RANK: Officer (Systems)
NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
JOB DUTIES
- Provide efficient custom service.
- Implement and Manage decentralized systems access authorization.
- Implement effective MIS-CRM for the Bank.
- Perform effective close of business processes.
- Work towards automation of commissions.
- Perform updates on the systems in preparation of branch rollouts.
- Perform system upgrade and functionality optimization
- Implement new systems as the need arises.
- Ensure high availability of the systems.
- Assist in product research and development when required.
- Performance and monitoring of IT systems applications in use.
- Identifying and resolving application software problems.
- Perform systems user requirements analysis as required.
- Provide technical support and end user training of internal IT users.
